It blooms in a...I love my Eternal Fragrance Daphne. It blooms in all but the coldest months and has grown so quickly. And it always looks good. Conversely, I have the worst luck with rosemary. I envy every gardener who has it in their yard. Every time I plant it, we get a sudden cold snap that takes out the newly-planted rosemary with too much soft growth. I even lost Arp that way.
